(no subject)

I took Tulip to the farmers market this morning and the director of the local therapy dog organization talked to me for ten minutes. She told me that she thinks Tulip has the ideal personality. She insisted that I call her sometime to discuss it.  The thing is Tulip has had no obedience school whatsoever non. I'd have to pay for a couple of obedience classes plus specific training to become a therapy dog. I don't know that I can afford it.

Obedience classes usually cost 100 dollars and you go for several Saturdays or some other day of the week. (that is at the chain stores anyway, like PetSmart or Petco) Who knows what the therapy dog class entails? You are very fortunate that she has such a good personality. Maybe someday I will get to meet her too. :-)
